1. Acceptance
By using bodafest.taxcap.co.tz or participating in the Dodoma Bodaboda Festival, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or attend the event.
2. Sponsorship & partnerships
Sponsorship and partnership packages are confirmed only on receipt of a signed agreement and cleared payment. Slots are allocated on a first-come basis. Category exclusivity applies only where explicitly stated in the agreement.
3. Rider registration
Rider benefits (helmets, health checks, prizes) are subject to availability and verified rider status. Riders must produce valid ID and licence on the day to claim regulated services.
4. Liability
BodaFestival is a public gathering. Attendees participate at their own risk. We carry public liability insurance for the venue but are not liable for personal injury arising from non-compliance with marshals or for theft of personal property.
5. Media
Photography and video are captured throughout the event for editorial and marketing use. By attending, you consent to your image appearing in BodaFestival communications. Contact us in advance if you wish to opt out.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
